Why are you joining the Transpartisan Alliance's scocial network site?

I live in a place that is lacking in a world view and I feel a need to participate in helping move the energy of human inhabitants of the planet toward a peaceful cooperative co-existance. This internet network allows me to step into an active role and this organization holds my personal values.

What is the broken part of our political game you think transpartisan politics might address?

The structure of our government, like the structure of religions, businesses, schools and neighborhoods is not broken. The people involved corrupt the basis for these structures and exert control and power over others. Greed, fear and insecurity are at the core of our disintegrating societies. Transpartisan politics gives validation to everyone so we can come to the table without fear.

What are you doing to be more transpartisan personally?

This is a very challenging directive. I think of myself as liberal, non-judgmental, and accepting, but there are definitely points of view that push my buttons. For example, the Klu Klux Klan is a group I have a difficult time being open minded toward. But I love challenges and I want to be able to get beyond my personal biases and really hear what other's are saying and get where they are coming from.
